A:The prints will come in the color of the file that you send us. The size can be adjusted with the width and height arrows. Or you can input a size you would like but it will keep the dimensions of your image.

A:It will size it to the dimensions of your image. You will have to decide if you want to increase or decrease the size depending on the size of the design you would like.
A:We do our best to print orders as soon as we possible. But it can be shipped out as soon as the same day before our cutoff time or it can be shipped out as late as 3 days after you ordered. Depending on the complications with the artwork.

A:It depends on how big you want the logo. For example a 4x4 is a left chest on a adult shirt and a 11x11 takes up about the full front/back of a adult shirt. So possibly around a 7x7-9x9 if you want full prints.

A:This is most likely due to the fact that our upload functionality for dtf keeps the proportions of your image. So if your image is not a perfect square it will not allow it to be that size.

A:First create the design through a app - canva, photoshop or any other photo app. Then go to our dtf product page and upload each design in the widget while selecting your size.
Q:Can I return or exchange a dtf if it is not the correct size. I wanted the size to match what I uploaded but when I removed the background the image got smaller in size. Is there a way to rectify this?

A:We do not offer returns. The image got smaller because it removed the background and resized it to constrain.

Q:Do you do gang sheets or just singles plus how much for an 11x11 image?

A:We can do gang sheets please try to upload on our product page or you can contact support@alldayshirts.com for help. For a 11x11 it is 0.03 per sq inch which is 3.63
Q:I am having trouble adding the DTF image to my cart. I uploaded the images, chose quantity, and the add to cart button is still grey and wont let me click to add them. Please advise.

A:To start a dtf first get a image or a design that you made then save it to your computer and on this dtf page go to the top where you see the green upload button and submit. Once it loads in pick your size and quantity.
Q:I am looking for UV DTF. I have a custom order and I dont have a printer. Do you offer this? Or could I use the DTF you offer and heat press it onto cup?
Q:How do I dictate what color I would like my transfers? They are 1 color but I would like some white and some black?

A:We recommend uploading the image color you would like for us to print. We print exactly what you upload. So if you can edit the image to be those colors that would be ideal.
Q:Can you recommend a size for the transfer and how long does it take to receive? We would like ot to be very large in the front of the hoodie?

Q:When I try to remove the background it is removing partial from the center image as well as the line in between the red and blue of the word. How do I stop this from happening?

A:Sorry that must be a issue on our end. Are you able to submit the artwork without the removed background and please make sure to add in the notes on the view cart page your issue and that you would like the background removed. Also contact support.
Q:So I read you dont do gang sheets but I have to enter each design as a separate file . They why do you offer a separate cutting fee of .30 each . Also I was not able to locate the video instructions and followed several links and still nothing ?

Q:Does your shirts come without the fruit of the loom label? Second question: Can my business name or slogan be imprinted as the tag instead of fruit of the loom or any other brand? I would like to brand or tag the shirt with my business name or slogan name?

A:You can get shirts such as the G500 that have tear away labels and then get a dtf design of your tag and heat press it on at home.
Q:I am trying to use the recommended size but don't know how to use it. I want the 4x 4 but won't let me, is there a specific way to change the size to the recommended size and it won't change the input size?

A:Sorry but you cannot input 4x4 unless your image is a perfect square. This is to allow for your image to be proportionate and not be stretched.
