  • Design Considerations: Avoid neon, gradients, and soft edges for more accurate DTF printing.
  • Print Fidelity: We print exactly what we receive. Check spelling, placement, and image quality beforehand.

A: You have to make sure the loading bar at the top is completed indicating the image has been uploaded. Additionally make sure you have no errors such as no quantity or no image uploaded.

Q: I would like to know when I upload an image does it auto size it? If not, how to I make sure the image is actually the size that I need it to be? I tried uploading an image to 10 wide and it appears to only be like half of that when I view it in my cart?

A: We do our best to print orders as soon as we possible. But it can be shipped out as soon as the same day before our cutoff time or it can be shipped out as late as 3 days after you ordered. Depending on the complications with the artwork.

A: It depends on what you uploaded. If it has a transparent background and on the upload widget you do not see a background then you will receive it with a blank background.

Q: What size do you put in for doing a toddler tshirt 2T& 3T. Youth M & L. Adult S-XL & 4XL. This would be for the Dtf prints. Thanks?

A: It depends on how big you want the logo. For example a 4x4 is a left chest on a adult shirt and a 11x11 takes up about the full front/back of a adult shirt. So possibly around a 7x7-9x9 if you want full prints.

Q: How can I be sure my measurements are correct when ordering prints. I have an XL shirt and need a logo on front and back?

A: It depends if you want a full front/back we recommend around 10x10 and higher. If you want a left chest around 4x4 should be fine. If you want some more recommendations for to the size guide at the bottom of the page.

Q: I try to place an order the image is 5.5 x 5.5 but the the web site doesnt let me do that size how can I get the size that I want ?

A: This is most likely due to the fact that our upload functionality for dtf keeps the proportions of your image. So if your image is not a perfect square it will not allow it to be that size.

Q: Can I return or exchange a dtf if it is not the correct size. I wanted the size to match what I uploaded but when I removed the background the image got smaller in size. Is there a way to rectify this?

A: To start a dtf first get a image or a design that you made then save it to your computer and on this dtf page go to the top where you see the green upload button and submit. Once it loads in pick your size and quantity.
