• Design & Cut: Create your desired design on compatible software, then mirror it. Cut the design on the vinyl side (not the carrier sheet) using a cutting machine.
• Weeding: Carefully remove excess vinyl from around your design using a weeding tool. Your design should be left on the clear carrier sheet.
• Preheat: Preheat your fabric for a few seconds to eliminate moisture and wrinkles. Place the garment on a heat-resistant surface.
• Position & Press: Position your weeded design on the fabric with the carrier sheet facing up. Apply even pressure using a heat press or an iron set to the recommended temperature. For best results we recommend 15 seconds at 325.
• Transfer: Press the design onto the fabric according to the recommended time and pressure settings. Allow it to cool slightly.
• Peel: Gently peel off the carrier sheet while it's still warm. If the vinyl lifts with the carrier sheet, re-cover and press for a few more seconds.
• Cooling: Allow the design to cool completely. Once cool, the adhesive will be fully set.
• Washing: Wait at least 24 hours before washing the fabric. Turn the garment inside out and wash in cold water. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.
