A: No this is a men version. If you want a women's version check out the NW3402 and the youth is NB3402. The white is a slightly see through but it is hard to tell.

Chest Measured straight across from one underarm seam to the other (pit-to-pit).

Body Length Measured vertically from the top center to the bottom edge on the back side, as the back is slightly longer.
